Located just 60 miles north of New York City, Parts Cutter CNC is a machine shop that specializes in the engineering and machining of sheet goods, such as plywood, MDF, plastics and composites.

Our 6,000 square foot plant boasts over $500,000 worth of production machines—the bulk of which is made up of our two Biesse CNC Routers. Our machines are not only high speed (we can process 50-100 sheets per machine in a day) but are also repeatably  accurate to .005″.

For our cabinetmaker clients we use Mozaik and can replicate your construction methods with ease. We also offer a 8mm dowel and Confirmat screw construction method as our standard option. This makes it so assembly for most carcasses can be a single person job that takes only minutes!

For designers, architectural builders, or a company with a niche idea we also have expert level knowledge in AutoCad and Rhino. We will generally use a 2d or 3d model and import it into VCarve where it becomes the file the machine will read.

We can accept your work files in most formats*, making getting a quote extremely easy.

Typically we machine plywood (pre-finished, unfinished, and baltic birch), MDF and a wide range of plastics (acrylic, HDPE, PVC). We can machine other materials on a case-by-case basis.**
